I urge Buster Benson and Tony Stubblebine to consider conducting a manual review of Daily Rants’s account.And I will mention both of you each time I see that an innocent person has been unjustly punished.
I’ve had the opportunity to read several of her posts, and it’s clear from her writing that she is passionate about sharing her vision and experiences on the platform.
She recently published about how she feels after being revoked from the Medium Partner Program.
In such a difficult situation, she has maintained professionalism and respect at all times.
This situation is not acceptable.
Decisions are currently being made by algorithms rather than human staff.
Please consider modifying the process so that alerts are triggered instead. This would allow human staff to review and make decisions manually.
When an alert is triggered, a staff member should verify and make the decision.
Legitimate writers would not be revoked but rather reviewed to ensure they meet the program’s conditions and policies.
Non-legitimate writers would be revoked definitively.
