Our Guidelines:

What we’re looking for

• Valuable insight. We belive everyone has something valuable to share. If you have insight about what you consider to be the greatest things in life, please share them here with us. We typically look for topics such as psychology, personal development, well-being, self-employment and meaningfulness.
• Storytelling combined with science. Your article must be based on both personal experience and credible research (preferably research articles, but also books and trusted websites). Position your insight as a story and link to research along the way. Your personal experience doesn’t have to be exhaustive, but you must refer to some form of experience. In terms of the research, it must be linked to, like this.

What to include

• A captivating picture. Use a captivating picture that you have the permission to use. Also, include the photographer’s credits. We recommend using Unsplash or Pexels.
• We prioritize member stories. As we aspire to publish a certain quality, we think that our articles should be worth the member’s time and money. Register for the Medium partner program to write member stories.

What to avoid

• Already published articles. We only accept unpublished drafts.
• Heavy self-promotion. This is not a publication to market yourself; you do that through the quality of your writing. You may, however, include links to other medium-articles if it fits the story, as well as a short call to action at the bottom of your article.

Proposing Your Article:

Whether you’re a seasoned writer or an aspiring beginner, we want to publish your best work. To submit such an article, do this:

1. Read the suggested writing guide.* The writing guide provides suggestions on how to write better, which will increase your chances of being published.*Note: The writing guide is under construction, so in the meantime, help yourself to one of these articles:
