To celebrate the release of the Iotxplorer IOTX Tip Bot, we are holding a giveaway where one lucky winner can win $100 worth of IOTX and 10 others can win 10,000 VITA.

We created the Tip Bot as a way to rapidly increase the size of the IoTeX community. At Iotxplorer we believe that community is the key to a thriving open source network, and so we always work towards growing it. What’s the fastest way to gain a new community member, you ask? Make them a stakeholder!
Using the bot (@iotxplorer_bot on Twitter), anyone can send IOTX to anyone on Twitter, even if they don’t have an IoTeX address. The bot will register them an account, give them an IOTX address, send the tip, and let them know how to withdraw.
All tips are sent as individual transactions on the blockchain which increases the already strong IoTeX mainnet activity and utility of the IOTX token.

The Giveaway
To be in with a chance to win $100 worth of IOTX and up to 10,000 VITA, all you need to do is complete the following steps:
- Follow @iotxplorer on Twitter
- Retweet this tweet: https://twitter.com/iotxplorer/status/1162145693634576385
- DM @iotxplorer_bot “!giveaway” in order to receive 10 IOTX to use for tips
- Tip 5 different users at least 1 IOTX. Ensure that you send a message with the tweet as shown in the screenshot below!
That’s it! After those steps are complete, you will be put in a pool for a random selection of winners after the competition ends on Friday 23rd August 12pm UTC.
How To Tip
Tipping is easy. If you don’t already have a tip account, step 1 is to send a DM to @iotxplorer_bot with “!register” to quickly create an account. You can then deposit directly to your provided deposit address, or send “!giveaway” to receive 10 IOTX to tip with from us.
Once you have some IOTX in your tip account, simply send a tweet in the format:
@iotxplorer_bot !tip <amount> IOTX <username>
One entry per person. No alt accounts. The winning tipper must have a Twitter account created at least 14 days ago.
