The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is a non-profit professional association, dedicated to promoting excellence in the public administration. IPAC Victoria is one of Canada’s most active IPAC chapters. Its New Professionals Committee hosts social mixers and learning events for new public servants with five or fewer years of experience in the public sector.
