IRIS Foundation launched Validator Rewards Program, which aims to support and reward validators, further boosting the participation of newly-joined validators, encouraging active community outreach by validators, and incentivizing active engagement in the IRISnet ecosystem for increasing bonded tokens.

“Rainbow Validator” is a monthly award in this program. IRIS foundation will select up to 3 validators from the validators who applied every month and reward them each with 10,000 IRIS.

🌟What did they do?

ATEAM

  • Active participation in the IRISnet ecosystem through providing solid validator services as a genesis validator from IRISnet’s Testnet
  • Build and provide custom version of Prometheus exporter for IRISnet validators, that provides information not provided from Tendermint default Prometheus exporter
  • Introduce IRISnet to the Korean communities, actively promote IRISnet to Korean communities and guide them to delegate to ATEAM

Coinstaking

  • Highly engage in the IRISnet ecosystem since the testnet and take actions to support IRISnet technically
  • Actively join in various activities to support the development of the IRISnet ecosystem and community
  • Plan to develop relevant applications or tools for IRISnet

Kytzu

  • Active engagement in IRISnet ecosystem through providing technical suggestions and feedback
  • Based on their development experience, technically support IRISnet and add support for IRIS to wallet syncnode.ro

🤖Who are they?

About ATEAM

Based out of South Korea, Node A-Team (a.k.a. ATEAM) is a proven validator since the Cosmos testnet days. A-Team currently is a validator for 12 live networks, and boasts a near 100% uptime for all the respective networks. The node resiliency is fortified by their Sentry Node Architecture and Relay Nodes with other top validators in the ecosystem. They are also known for their active participation in governance, and are recipient of various Validator awards.

About Coinstaking

The predecessor of the Coinstaking team is a blockchain development interest group in Peking University. The team is good at blockchain application and game development. With years of experience in the blockchain industry and solid computer skills, the team runs validator node stably, and the follow-up plan is to develop products regarding staking.

About Kytzu

Kytzu Validator team is founded by Calin Chitu, a professional engineer with 10+ years experience in telecom real time prepaid billing operations and 5+ years experience in software development. Based on their experience, they won the Cosmos Game of Stakes competition and started the PoS Validating journey 2 years ago. Having experience in both DevOps and Software Development areas, they manage to quickly deploy nodes, write and use our own monitoring tools and mobile wallets.
