IRIS Foundation launched Validator Rewards Program, which aims to support and reward validators, further boosting the participation of newly-joined validators, encouraging active community outreach by validators, and incentivizing active engagement in the IRISnet ecosystem for increasing bonded tokens.

“Rainbow Validator” is a monthly award in this program. IRIS foundation will select up to 3 validators from the validators who applied every month and reward them each with 10,000 IRIS.

What did they do?

Tomshi

Highly participate in various activities of IRISnet to support the development of the IRISnet ecosystem, communicate IRISnet’ technologies and applications in different ways
Technically support the ecosystem development of IRISnet, actively join in the IRISnet’s Interchain & DeFi Testnet Bifrost, help coordinate Chinese developers to participate and give timely technical support
Engage in the IRISnet community like QQ group and Discord Chinese channel to answer various questions from the community, help developers to better understand project and technologies, and further attract them join in the IRISnet interchain ecosystem

Tavis Digital

A newly joined validator who has been actively engaged in the IRISnet community and ecosystem. Tavis Digital provides a stable validator service and contributes to network security.
Tavis Digital has been initiatively introducing IRISnet project and ecosystem to the Swiss blockchain community, other German-speaking regions and the asset management industry. For example, IRISnet was promoted at an interview attended by more than 140 people, most of whom are from the blockchain community, raising the awareness of IRISnet.
Tavis Digital issues validator reports on a weekly basis featuring IRISnet, illustrating its use cases, background and weekly performance. This weekly report is distributed to Tavis Digital’s partners, clients and close contacts, who are either enthusiastic blockchain investors or financial institutions.
In the spirit of making staking more accessible to all delegators and making the network more decentralized, Tavis Digital has reduced its commission to 3% and commits to keeping it on this level for at least one year.

Who are they?

About Tomshi

Tomshi is a technical team focused on the PoS field. The team members are a group of technical geeks from well-known Chinese financial technology companies and have extensive experience in the staking industry. The team has won the GoS competition, participated in the early test networks of IRISnet’s Fuxi and Nyan Cat.
