IRIS Foundation launched Validator Rewards Program, which aims to support and reward validators, further boosting the participation of newly-joined validators, encouraging active community outreach by validators, and incentivizing active engagement in the IRISnet ecosystem for increasing bonded tokens.

“Rainbow Validator” is a monthly award in this program. IRIS foundation will select up to 3 validators from the validators who applied every month and reward them each with 10,000 IRIS.

Bi23 Labs

Actively participate in the IRISnet ecosystem through providing prolonged validator services as a genesis validator since the IRISnet mainnet went live, offering community users with stable and secure staking services;
Engage in the community governance, such as voting for community governance proposals and participating in various community activities, to support the development of the IRISnet community;
Promote IRISnet to the community on Twitter and Bi23 official web, creating awesome info-graphics for users and providing real-time data, furthing helping increase the community consensus of IRISnet.

Highly engage in the IRISnet ecosystem through providing solid validator services as a genesis validator since the Fuxi testnet, constantly follow and comprehend the technical progress and updates of IRISnet and Cosmos;
Support and join in IRISnet’s testnet and various activities, highly engage in the technology community of IRISnet, answering technical questions and writing guides to help validators as well as developers better comprehend IRISnet technology, services and also the whole ecosystem;
Actively help develop communities for IRISnet, give support to manage IRISnet Spanish community, such as translating articles into Spanish, managing community group and social media; and also seek for new communication channels to attract more users; plan to organize local meetups to help the community truly comprehend the value of IRISnet, further maintaining and increasing the community consensus.
