Our Features (and why)
- Public feedback board that improves transparency between the company and its users. This creates insight for the end-user into the company is working on and what new features are coming soon
- Removes the feeling for the end-user that their feedback goes into a black hole, greatly increasing the likelihood of them contributing to the board
- Anonymous contributions, meaning the users do not need to create a new account to be able to leave feedback. Research and feedback through our customers have confirmed this greatly increases the amount of feedback given
- Our free tier includes our entire feature set, ensuring startups do not have any barriers to signing up for maximum impact
- The boards include fine-grained control over what is kept private to the company’s employees and what is public to the end-user. This includes making individual feedback items, or comments, private and making an entire lane private; allowing the company to conduct conversations around feature suggestions while maintaining a transparent view for the customer
- Users and employees can upvote, and comment on feedback items; providing the company with information about what their customers really want when making decisions about what to work on
Future
The areas we are planning on developing the most as we progress ithinki are; integrations, a spam filter, merging/consolidating similar feedback items, and the fine-grained control over the publicity of the items on the board.
