Hello guys, it seems Google is really focusing on providing quality Education and training people of in-demand skills like Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, as they are releasing more and more certifications. Yesterday, we talked about Google’s Advanced Data Analytics Certification and today, we are going to talk about another new Google certification, the Google Business Intelligence Professional Certificate.

If you want to learn Business Intelligence and Data Visualization then you will love this certification as it's going to teach you a lot of practical tips on how to derive insights from Data.

The field of business intelligence has been rapidly growing over the years, with more and more companies relying on data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

As I said, Google has been launching many certifications lately, and the Business Intelligence Professional Certificate is one of their newest offerings. This article will take a closer look at the certification by walking through each course in the certification and discussing the time frame, cost, and final thoughts.

The certification promises to teach in-demand skills such as data modeling, data visualization, and dashboarding and reporting in less than two months.

The certification comprises only three courses, but they are still extensive. Each course has 24–27 hours of content, making the total time frame around two months. The cost of the certification is$39 per month, but there is financial aid available for those who need it.

  3. Describe ways that BI professionals impact their organizations

It also explores how BI analysts can work with other teams such as data engineers. The course goes a little into the technical side and talks about identifying and creating metrics.

2. The Path to Insights: Data Models and Pipelines

This is the second course on this professional certification and it goes deeper into technical aspects. It talks about data Marts, data modeling, databases, and the ETL and ELT process.

It also touches on optimizing pipelines, data scheme validation, and performance testing.

  1. How to find which data models are appropriate for different business requirements
  2. How to describe the difference between creating and interacting with a data model
  3. How to create data models to address different types of questions -Explain the parts of the extract, transform, load (ETL) process and tools used in ETL

This is the third course on this certification and it will teach you how to build dashboards and reports using Tableau.
