Jeff is the founding partner of Ifrah PLLC, a law firm in downtown Washington, D.C. that has grown to 12 attorneys since its inception in October of 2009. At Ifrah PLLC, Jeff is fulfilling his vision of a small, highly focused firm that concentrates on counseling clients.
