About
JOTT 2016
JOTT was a one-shot digital publication interested in showcasing and cultivating long-form cultural writing about games, TV, movies, comic books and podcasts.
Note from the editor

JOTT is a digital publication that showcases interesting and well-articulated voices about games, TV, movies, comic books and podcasts. JOTT is currently looking to commission a number of articles. We’re interested in writers who can find tap into what’s rich and evocative about popular media everyone knows of, as well draw attention to those that slip under the radar. Writers who want to explore the relationship different texts have to one another and what that ways about them. We’re not looking for journalists who are interested in bringing total objectivity to the table, we want writers who can talk about how their own experiences shape their perspective and see the context around it. Pitches should be sent to FergHalliday[at]gmail.com . Please note that we are not offering any staff positions at this time.
