100-word drabble
From its tip to its sturdy base this was an intimidating tool, larger than most. She knew when she first saw it she had to have it. She grasped it with both hands. She pulled it and stroked it carefully so as not to damage herself. She practiced with it passing it from hand to hand, knowing that when she would put it in it would do its job. She wanted to put this tool inside as far as it could go. She wanted to feel it as she slipped it in.
The medieval dagger was designed to take life.
