Työmme luonne on kokeilevaa ja sen tarkoitus on tuottaa oppia ja ratkaisumalleja koko organisaatiolle. Työskentelemme siis eräänlaisessa Kelan kehityslaboratoriossa. Kirjoitamme töistämme ja kehittämisestä Kelassa suomeksi ja englanniksi. Our work is experimental in nature and we write about it in Finnish and English.
