We were able to speak anonymously to a web director who is a Kiara customer.

What problems were you experiencing before Kiara?

You can only talk to the engineer directly through an interpreter.
It takes time to translate each other into English.

How exactly does Kiara solve this?

Communicating directly with the engineers is an achievement.
We have an interpreter to help us when we have problems with some specifications.
Even after the interpreter has left the office, we were able to collaborate with the engineers using Kiara to progress the development.

It is fascinating to be able to say thank you to each other in our native language.

If you were to recommend Kiara to a friend, who would be the right team?

Scrum teams doing offshore development, for example.
