We are very excited to interview to a sales representative in a global food company located in Thailand, who has been using Kiara for a long time!
What problems did you face in your workplace before installing Kiara?
Our department which have Thai staff and also Japanese management staff, we’ve utilized Slack for communicating and sharing information which was very difficult to understand each other easily because of the language barrier, it has to be translated again by manually that takes a lot of time.
How exactly did Kiara solve them?
We used Kiara for real-time translation for both Thai and English language, so we make it easy and much better for our team to communicate on Slack regardless of language preference.
If you were to recommend Kiara to a friend, what kind of team would it be best suited for?
Team who have international team’s communication on Slack.
