India needs knowledge-driven economy: scientific advisor
BHUBANESWAR: Principal Scientific Advisor (SA) to the Government of India Rajgopal Chidambaram on Wednesday stressed on a knowledge-driven economy for development of the country which is on the path of becoming a global super power.
