All you need to know about BitTorrent [BTT] tokens — airdrops and the upcoming market

Listen up Tronics, here’s a quick update on BTT tokens for Koinex users

With the support that we announced for the BitTorrent airdrop, we also organized a TwoFold event for TRX depositors to gain 2X BTT tokens.

As per the recent update we received from Tron Foundation, here are the details of the BitTorrent airdrop:

1. The snapshot for the airdrop will be taken when the block height of TRX reaches 6.6 million. As judged by the current mainnet block height, the estimated time to reach 6.6 million, is at 9:20 PM IST on 11th February 2019 i.e. Monday.
2. BitTorrent airdrop is expected to be finished under 72 hours. Which means BitTorrent airdrop distribution for Koinex TRX holders will take place from 13th February — 17th February 2019. In this span, all Koinex TRX holders will receive the allotted BTT tokens.
3. The final ratio for the airdrop is approximately 1 TRX = 0.11 BTT. [Note: The ratio is subject to change depending on the variable rewards and the burn rate].

Please note: All activities of Tron such as buying, selling, depositing and withdrawing of TRX will be suspended from 9:00 PM IST — 10:00 PM IST on 11th February 2019.

As per our previous announcement, we introduced a double airdrop event for Tronics on Koinex to receive 2X BTT tokens. In addition to the BTT tokens from BitTorrent we also introduced an exciting deposit programme for TRX depositors on Koinex. Here are the final updates of the TwoFold event:

1. TRX deposits made during the span of 2nd Feb 9 PM — 10th Feb 9 PM IST are eligible to receive 2X BTT tokens.
2. In the span of 13th February — 17th February 2019, we will be distributing BTT tokens to all the eligible TRX depositors depending upon their net purchase/deposit of TRX as of 9 PM IST on 10th February 2019 [At the time of snapshot].
3. All BTT tokens from TwoFold will be deposited to their respective Koin wallets in the provided timeline. Furthermore, the final receivable number of BTT tokens [BitTorrent + TwoFold] will be announced via mail individually.

In addition to this, on 14th February 2019, we will be opening up a BTT trading market in TUSD and INR corridors. We will announce once the market is live and when the trading activities [buy/sell] of BTT tokens, as well as deposits and withdrawals, are available.
