The on-chain Proposal for the KTSt Slash Event Initiated by Kratos Node BitCat was Passed
Dear KuChain Community,
On December 14, 2020, Kratos validator Bit Cat (bitcatbitcat), joint with wetez1234567, poolxstaking, hashquark123, initiated an on-chain proposal for the KTSt slash event, applied for the use of Kratos Testnet Development Reserve to recover the 2,000,000 amount of slashed KTSt of both Kratos nodes and KTSt holders, with a recovery ratio of 1:1.
After three days of on-chain voting, this proposal was passed on December 17, 2020.
