Lab For Hire & Co, curated and produced an Innovation Learning Expedition for a Global FMCG food brand.
We designed a day to help an audience of 60 Global Supply Chain Directors build on a strategy for the future. A day where genuine innovation and inspiration would fuel their growth. We assembled our team and designed a program to deliver a jam packed day — one that would challenge the senior management team at a global gathering in London.
Building On Success
Working with the client we learned everything we could about where they were and where they wanted to go. For example we discovered that there were already existing relationships with exciting startups already innovating within the global supply chain. Our role was not to duplicate but to add to that and push the bar for thinking. Lab For Hire & Co. prides itself on asking the right questions to deliver and execute the best outcome for our clients.

Communicating via email, What’sApp, and weekly calls we made sure that no detail was left out — every minute of the day — the Innovation Learning Expedition was accounted for. Two weeks ahead of the day Nicole Yershon, our founder, was in Los Angeles launching her book Rough Diamond everything you need to know about turning disruption into advantage.
Nothing Would Get In The Way
I was in Estonia taking part in a hackathon and attending European Space Week across Tartu and Tallinn. The 10 hour time difference between Estonia and Los Angeles didn’t affect the flow of communication between Nicole and I. I was account manager and liaising with everyone alongside updating the client in London.
Designed To Work
The lean way of working the Lab For Hire & Co. model adopts, is a leveraged one. It makes it the most liberating format for myself and our team. We each have our own businesses, projects and contributions to bring to any project. Yet we have the space and time to self manage and multi-task.
