Setting Notifications in latakoo
Set email alerts for uploads to networks or your own files.
In your personal profile settings you can customize what notification emails you receive when a video is uploaded to latakoo.
You can customize whether you receive an email when your uploads complete, or when any video is uploaded to a particular network.
Notifications for your uploads
To manage email notifications that you receive when your uploads complete, click on Personal Profile under the Manage tab in latakoo.com.
Click “Edit” in the right-hand corder of the settings box.
Look for the question, “Do you want to be notified by email when your own uploads complete?” Make sure the menu has “Yes” selected. Click Save.
Just below is the question “Do you want to be notified by email when there is a comment on your content?” Selecting “Yes” ensures that anytime someone comments on one of your videos, you will receive an email notification.
Notifications based on Networks
You can also be emailed when anyone uploads to a specific network.
To manage these email notifications, navigate to your Personal Profile settings and click “Edit” on the settings box. Then, expand the Notification settings by clicking on the “+” sign.
You will see a list of the networks that you have access to. Clicking the box next to the network will enable email notifications.
This will mean that you will receive an email for ANY file that is uploaded to that network. Make sure you click “save” to change your preferences.
Mobile App Settings
In the mobile app, you have the option of enabling notifications under Settings. Click on Settings and then, notification preferences. You can choose to receive notifications for any network, or just for your uploads.
