The company is proud of its fully remote policy however off-sites are fun opportunities to meet in person.
Let’s share and repeat our message from the Florida off-site post of May 2022. Teams are seeking ways to strengthen their bonds beyond just having meetings over Slack. Existing relationships must be reinforced and new ones must be carefully cultivated. There are plenty of creative options to do so remotely, such as virtual team-building and online gaming. This can be a great way to unite teams in a meaningful and intentional manner. Nonetheless, there is no full substitute for meeting up in person.
