#ShineBrightInColours and LGBT History Month

The first month of the #ShineBrightInColour is getting to and end and we want to share with you some of the things we’ve done. February was the LGBT History Month and we used the opportunity to reflect on it using the violet colour of the rainbow flag.

In addition to lending our memorabilia to some of our key partners and attending many events, we’ve shared some posters on social media about some key moments in the LGBT+ history in the UK:

Another highlight of our campaign this month has been Bernard’s interview. He’s given us an insight of his experience of growing up as a gay man in a time where homosexuality was taboo.
