Culture

In an informal environment, but high productivity, Prozis’ culture statement is: Exceed Yourself. And it is based on that, that everyday people try their best to achieve more and better! To experiment, to risk, to learn and make mistakes, and never give up.

At Prozis everything happens at great speed. It’s a company for strong willed people, not for everybody.

As proof of this, Prozis has a Crossfit Box in all it’s offices, instead of a traditional gym with machines.

There is great investment in diversity at Prozis and that really shows in the different nationalities of people. With an average age of 32 years old, and despite the tranquil work environment, Prozis’ culture is oriented towards results and the market where they have placed themselves.

There are no two days alike at Prozis, and everyone has great mental agility and capacity to adapt to change.

The Office

Osit Group offices is located 40 minutes north of Oporto city centre, in Esposende.

The building spans through 2 levels. In the main floor (0 level) we can find the lobby, kitchen, open space desk areas, crossfit gym box, product showroom and a studio for photo and video production. On the first floor we can find the outdoor Lounge, meeting rooms, open space desk areas and a lab. All these different areas connect in a relaxed environment that also allows the teams to stay focused on their project work.

Entrance

At the entrance, we are welcomed by someone that guides us to where we want to go in the building. There is also a cosy waiting area, and we can swiftly access both floors of the office.

Lounge

On the first floor there is an outdoor Lounge with a fantastic sunset, where people can relax, get together or even have an informal meeting. The Lounge area is partially covered, so even if the weather is not an amazing blue sky, people can still take a break outside.

Work areas

Teams working on different projects are organised in distinct areas of the office, with their own work space. Glass is used as a divider for those different project and team areas, but also as a soundproof material, keeping transparency. The space is large and each team is able to interact in their own space.

Meeting rooms

We can find different typologies for the meeting rooms at OSIT. In the first floor there are 3 meeting rooms connected by a tree trunk installation that represents the growth of OSIT Group. Once again, glass surrounds all three rooms representing the transparency in all processes of the company.

Many of the meeting rooms present decorative elements that add a fun side to the spaces and are also used for inspiration and creativity. Some examples are a real (and still running) motorcycle in one of the meeting rooms or Hulk in one of the corridors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is one of the most important areas in the office. Free food such as fruit and bread is always available, and the kitchen is fully equipped to make it easier for those who bring their own lunch box.
There are also self service machines with vitamin and supplement products from their own brand.

Side by side with the kitchen area, there is a relaxing area with a foosball table, playstation and a work in progress library project. Everyone is encouraged to relax in this area!

Training room

There is a special room purposely created for training and learning sessions: minimalist and developed to be functional and flexible for different style sessions.

Studio

The photo and video studio is where the magic happens: this is where the products created come alive and get to be part of a story that presents those to the final customer.

Lab

The Lab is where all products are created and tested: it’s full of specific ingredients and different equipments to fulfil this need.

Gym/Box

The Cross fit box stands out from all the other spaces in this office: high performance training is easy with All the equipment provided in this space.

The gym/box is mainly used at lunch time, and it helps everyone to relax halfway through the day, enabling people to come back to project work with an enhanced focus.

Office talk

“I had worked in Open Space before, but the fact that teams here are organised in different spaces, allows me to focus on my projects, and I prefer it. Another unique feature of this office, is the Cross fit box that, together with tech company vision (exceed yourself) allowed me to change my life: I weighted 115Kg and today I’m much slimmer. Exercise is now part of my daily routine: everyday at lunch time.” — João Dias

“We feel like a family by working here, and everyone is able to get together in the kitchen to eat, talk and play. In the beginning it wasn’t easy to continuously keep the space clean and tidy, but today everyone gets involved.” — Nataliya
