The office is located at the heart of Lisbon and it was adapted to the concept of flexible work, having several prepared areas for different ways of work and moments of the day. From common areas for the purpose of informal meetings and work spaces for more focused moments.
The materials chosen, such as burel and wood, create office niches with a feeling of extreme comfort, being pleasant and having concern both with functionality and design.
Culture and Environment
Everis believes that technological innovation is based on people, and this is precisely the environment you breath in the office. The attitude is to accomplish projects and create with a human touch. The colors green and grey are seen in all the details of decoration of the office, creating harmony and a sense of belonging.
The work areas are spacious and in open space. Through the glass divisions, is revealed transparency in the space and a continuity line throughout the office. The most common thing is to find work islands with service points and meeting rooms sharing the different areas.
The office morphology, although being in open space, allows for a feeling of closeness and a family comfort. Each corridor, takes us to discover another space and guides us to new functionalities and ways of living the office.
Digital Room
The Digital room is a specially prepared room for the digital world. Here the collaborators can work and prepare presentations so that clients understand the implementation and impact of the various technological solutions: Augmented Reality, Robots and Internet, are some of the things that can be experienced and lived in this room.
Meeting and Focus Rooms
In several areas of the office, strategically distributed, we can find meeting and work rooms for different occasions and needs: spots for phone calls, short standing meetings, focus areas and more formal meeting rooms. These are very lively spaces and flexible, constantly changing their functionality depending on who uses them.
Social Areas
With an amazing view over Lisbon, the office has zones dedicated for meeting with clients or for internal training, taking full advantage of the welcoming light.
The lounge are is the main gathering point of the office. Decorated with natural elements which are extremely comfortable. It has a very important role, that goes beyond just being a space for eating and socializing, during a regular work day it hosts numerous relaxed meetings for those looking for different environment to get-together.
