Community Focus: Tournament Edition!
Today’s special edition sees us interview the brilliant Liberty Elites team from last week’s MetaOasis tournament!
Hey Liberty Family, we’re back again with another Community Focus! However, this edition will be a little different from what you’ve gotten used to. Those who keep up to date with our events and announcements may already be aware of the fantastic feat that our community pulled off last week, with a top-three finish in the MetaOasis ‘test-to-earn’ campaign for their latest game, ‘Light Chaser’. In celebration of the extraordinary efforts shown by our specialist gaming team, the Liberty Elites, we are running two special editions of Community Focus! We will be talking with the group and hearing what they have to say about the experience! Each edition will showcase the interviews with two team members, so strap in, and let’s see what our gaming maestros had to say!
In the interview chair today we have Juan Manuel Cardenas — Gamertag “LG-Demencia”, and Maria José Tobón Arias — Gamertag “LG-MagoT26”. Let’s see what they had to say about their tournament experience!
Ok, so first up, where are you both from?
Juan: I am from Colombia.
Maria: Colombia too!
How did you first hear about Liberty Gaming?
Juan: Thanks to Posho, a friend who invited me over.
Maria: A friend invited me over.
What made you choose Liberty Gaming over other guilds and GameFi projects?
Juan: I found the projects Liberty Gaming work with very interesting.
Maria: Because Liberty Gaming has very good projects and a really active community.
What is your favourite P2E or M2E game?
Juan: I love MIR4 personally.
Maria: I really loved Axie Infinity, back in the day!
What helped you achieve such a good result in the competition, and how do you think we can improve Liberty Gaming’s performance in the future?
Juan: The game is really fun to play and made me challenge myself more after each flight. About Liberty Gaming, I have full trust in the team, they’re making the right decisions so far!
Maria: I was always practising hard to improve, making the biggest efforts I could!
How was the experience of participating in the MetaOasis tournament?
Juan: It was really good, lots of fun to be a part of the Liberty Elites team! I hope I can participate in more tournaments.
Maria: It was really good, I am always giving my best and would love to be in more tournaments.
What did you think of Light Chaser from MetaOasis?
Juan: The game is cool, it’s perfect for getting rid of all the stress, and the sounds are so relaxing!
Maria: It is an entertaining game, it was a lot of fun to play.
How do you feel about Liberty Elites finishing third in the tournament?
Juan: I am very proud I was able to contribute, even if it is a grain of sand, it allows our community to grow much more!
Maria: I am really happy we made it to the top, however, we can still improve, and we will!
Liberty Gaming will now be displayed on MetaOasis flagships because of the team’s performance, how does this make you feel?
Juan: It’s so cool! Liberty Gaming to the Moon!
Maria: Proud of our achievements and more confidence in Liberty Gaming!
Brilliant interview from Juan and Maria, two of our Liberty Elites superstars! It seems they both thoroughly enjoyed Light Chaser as a game, but what caught my attention was how pleased and proud they both were to contribute to the team’s success, and their continuous practising and improvement to be the best that you can possibly be!
