With the LivenPay token sale set to commence this Thursday the 28th, we’re opening the big week by announcing the beginnings of a partnership so substantial, it will fundamentally change the way cryptocurrency operates in Australia and the world.
You can expect our largest announcement to date, and one we will likely have great difficulty matching. Keep your eyes on your inbox, and be very excited.
This comes after an amazing period of milestones for Liven, beginning with our official announcement of The LivenPay Project, which we cemented with our LVN Block Party in May last year. Our founder, Grace Wong, was named in B&T’s 30 Under 30 List, and later that month, we announced that Lon Wong, former president of nem.io, would be joining us as an advisor, with a partnership with the NEM Foundation in development. We followed this with our massive Liven 5.5 Update in September, transitioning 350,000 Liven users to LVN — the digital currency for food, which has now ticked over the half a million user mark — making LVN one of the most actively used digital currencies in the world. Hosho Group verified our project here, we ranked a 4.6 on both ICO Bench and Track ICO, and our founder, Grace Wong presented on the main stage at StartupGrind, Asia Pacific’s largest startup conference.
We wrapped up our massive year by qualifying in the top 10 for Richard Branson’s Extreme Tech Challenge 2019, where we were proud to present at CES 2019, and win both the Bitfury category prizes for Blockchain and Digital Payments.
2018 was a massive year for Liven — but Monday’s announcement dwarfs it all. We’re so excited to share the news with you, and we’re beyond ready to move forward into the next age of financial technology in Australia and the world.
