A Realistic Morning Routine to Feel Like a Freaking God

The best (morning) routine is the one you can stick to — and imbues you with, “F*ck, I want to conquer this day” energy.

Mine does both. While I’ve written about it earlier, I’ve since made some changes.

Let’s Cut to The Chase

Wake up whenever the f*ck you want. Yes, I said it. But there are two catches:

  • You NEED to get 8 hours of sleep — even the best nutrition, fanciest of pills, and a hyper-effective daily routine can’t make up for sleep deprivation.
  • 7 PM or 12 AM, ensure you consistently stick to the same bed and wake timings — this is to reprogram your sleep cycle.

Then, get ready for the gym — or any other demanding physical activity of your choice. Boxing, Calisthenics, Karate, Cross Fit, or even a humble 15-minute bodyweight workout.

Relish the ensuing sweet endorphin high with a racing heart and dripping perspiration.

Next? Jump into a cold shower — to ease into the habit, start with hot water and slowly turn the knob to cold. Once you’re able to start off cold, increase the duration.
