Executive Coaching, the word is intimidating.

It also feels fluff.

It seems like some nice-to-have luxury that only those in higher management or CEOs can afford.

However, once I left work in my 40s to pursue my interests, there was a yearning to understand the issues that I struggled with at work.

So, I engaged an Executive Coach.

The insights in those first couple of sessions, made me continue these sessions.

In the period since 2015 — to date, I have had 30+ sessions.

It has helped me to know my strengths and values, led to increased self-awareness, EQ, and even saved an important relationship.

In the section below, I share how Executive Coaching works. I detail a session that helped me gain conviction on my opinions.

Later, there is a section on how to find an Executive Coach, the cost, etc.

Some years back, I was reflecting on my decision-making skills.
