Turns out MS Paint isn’t going anywhere but the Windows Store

In response to recent backlash over the deprecation of Paint, Microsoft has published a blog post clearing up some of the confusion. Turns out MS Paint isn’t actually being deprecated, rather moved to a new home.
Instead of including Paint with all installations of Windows, it will now be available as a free download from the Windows Store. It appears that Paint 3D will be replacing Paint, however this is unclear in the blog post.
