[ANN] Participation Instructions for the Main Sale using QTUM

Thank you for your interest in the MediBloc Token Sale.

The Main Sale will be processed through Smart Contract. The Main Sale will be completed once all MED has been sold.

*You can use BTC, ETH, QTUM to participate in the Main Sale. You can also use CoinRail (coinrail.co.kr) to purchase MEDs.

*BTC/QTUM and ETH/QTUM exchange rate will be fixed for the duration of 24 hours and updated every 24 hours beginning from 2017.11.27 1:00 (UTC+9) based on Coinmarketcap price at 12:30 (UTC+9)

0. Before participate in Main-Sale, you need to transfer QTUM from Wallet on Exchange to QTUM Core Wallet.

You can find your Qtum wallet’s receiving address in Qtum Core Wallet. Click ‘File’ Button and get the list of Receiving Address. And transfer QTUM to make the transaction on that address.

1. Log into the MediBloc website (https://medibloc.org).

Click “Contribute” and begin your Main Sale process by reading the instructions clicking “Next”.

※ Note
If you have not completed the KYC it will take you to the KYC Application Instruction page. You must submit a KYC in order to participate in the Token Sale. The application will be reviewed separately and if there are any insufficient information or error we will reach out to you individually.

2. Choose to participate with QTUM.

*You may re-participate with multiple currencies.

3. A window will pop up where you can input your Qtum wallet’s receiving address.

We are requesting users to input Qtum wallet’s receiving address to identify contributors and distribute MED. Please copy and paste your Qtum address, “Check” if it is a valid address and click “Next”.

You can find your Qtum wallet’s receiving address in Qtum Core Wallet. Receiving address can be either one or many. Choose one of the addresses in the list and “copy”.

Your Qtum Core Wallet’s receiving address should be an address that already has a transaction history. For example, please use the address you used to transfer your Qtum from your crypto exchange to the Qtum Core Wallet.

Paste” this address to the receiving address input window in MediBloc’s homepage. Please make sure the correct address has been pasted. Click on “check” button to see if the address is a valid Qtum address.

4. Hit “submit” button under MediBloc homepage’s receiving address input window.

You will then see below screen and refer to 1) if you are using QTUM Core Wallet.

Follow the instruction and go to ‘Smart Contract’ ⇒ ‘Send To’ menu in Qtum Core Wallet.

Please note that “Send” is different from “Send to” under “Smart Contract”!

※ DO NOT use SEND function under Qtum Core Wallet. You MUST use ‘Smart Contract’.

If you don’t see your Sender Address on the Qtum Core Wallet as the same as the receiving address you submitted, you can hit “Back” on webpage and change your Receiving address before submission.

5. After you confirmed that your receiving address and sender address are the same, pop-up window will appear.

Then, you can just “submit”. Please read the
Make sure that you can also go back and edit or add your receiving address after your submission.

6. Go to “Sender Address” at the bottom of your Qtum Core Wallet.

You MUST choose the same address that you used as the Qtum Wallet’s receiving address above. This receiving address will be shown on the MediBloc page.

7. When you click “Next” on MediBloc page, you will see Main-sale contract address.

Copy and paste this address into Qtum Core Wallet’s “Contract Address”.

8. Go to Qtum Core Wallet to make the smart contract.

Input Qtum amount that you wish to transfer from your Qtum Core Wallet.

* We recommend you to put Gas Limit(250000), and put Gas price(0.00000050) as default. Make sure your balance has to be more than at least 0.15 QTUM + contribution amount.

And click on ‘Send To Contract’ button.

9. Input your Qtum Core Wallet passphrase and click “OK” button.

Your Qtum transfer is now completed.

10. Click on “Confirm” button, and you will then see Dashboard page as below.

You can confirm Qtum wallet receiving address and KYC process results on Dashboard page. In order for you to receive MED token, KYC submission and review process need to be completed. The KYC review process will be updated in the order of submission.

* If you would like to change the submitted address, you can go back and edit.
* If you have submitted more than one cryptocurrency, you will see several address boxes for each of the currencies to get MED like the figure below. Please double check they are the correct addresses.
* If you have submitted multiple Sender Addresses when participating in a Token Sale with QTUM wallet, you may see multiple receiving addresses for QTUM wallet as follows.

11. If you would like to participate with any other cryptocurrencies besides QTUM, please go to the Dashboard and continue.

In order to receive MED, you must complete and have KYC verified. This process will be updated accordingly so please be patient. :)
