MediBloc have successfully launched Panacea, we would appreciate all MED(QRC)/MEDX(ERC20) holders to swap their tokens to MED, Mainnet Coin. The token swap ratio will be 1 : 0.5. (1 MED, QRC20 token or 1 MEDX, ERC20 token : 0.5 MED Mainnet Coin)

*After 2019.12.07, token swap through mediBridge will not be possible.
- Create MediBloc Wallet.

3. Copy QRC20 MED deposit address and ERC20 MEDX deposit address created in the next page.
4. Send MediBloc tokens(either ERC20 or QRC20) from individual wallets(Qtum core wallet, Qbao, MyEtherWallet, etc) to corresponding deposit addresses for each token.
Wait! What version is your Qtum core wallet, the latest version is 0.18.1.
If you have pre-0.18.1 wallets you need to upgrade your Qtum core wallet.

5. After sending the tokens, enter your mainnet address again and check to-be-swapped amount of MED mainnet coin and if right click ‘Next’.
[Important Notice] If you haven’t check the to be swapped token amount, please go to mediBridge again and press ‘NEXT’
The token swap ratio will be 1 : 0.5
6. Login to MediBloc wallet to check swapped MED mainnet coin.

After applying for swap, it may take up to 3 days for completion.

⚠ MED (QRC20) and MEDX (ERC20) tokens that are swapped will be burned (locked) and will no longer be used.
