As you know, at Beyond Lucid Technologies, we add features / functions to MEDIVIEW based on partner-client requests. For this reason, one of our biggest struggles has long been keeping everyone abreast of the cool stuff it can do at any given moment!
Fact is, we think our partners’ needs should be met as soon as MEDIVIEW is ready to do so. Think of this approach like serving meals at a restaurant: if you’re hungry, would you rather have the food while it’s hot, or wait for everyone to get theirs even if it means yours is cold AND you’re still hungry? It’s friendly to wait…but when it comes to patient care and agency operations, why must YOUR needs wait for THEIRS to be met? (Doesn’t make sense to us.)
We’re proud to let you know that MEDIVIEW now includes a number of different features that have been frequently requested by our partners nationwide. Some of these features have actually been in MEDIVIEW for a while. We just haven’t put the word out widely as COVID-19 has naturally dominated everyone’s focus. But as agencies are now being tasked with doing more with less — fewer people, more patients, less time — we want to let you know about important tools for efficiency (supply management, ID scanner) and clinical care (telehealth for ET3 / treat & refer, Social Determinants).
