Q: Who is eligible for a Mobilum Pay Card?
All users who successfully complete their KYC verification process will be eligible for a Mobilum Pay Card.
Q: Which countries are on our support list?
We’re here for almost every country with the internet! However, there are a few exceptions because of rules and regulations. Check out the list below for the countries we can’t cover at the moment:
Russia, Belarus, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Syrian Arab Republic.
Q: What currencies are supported by Mobilum?
Mobilum supports fiat currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, HKD, SGD, MXN, and many more.
Q: Can I use my Mobilum Pay Card abroad?
Yes, Mobilum Pay Cards are multi-currency debit cards that can be used globally

Q. What are the steps for KYC?
We have four simple steps to complete the KYC.
- Provide personal information.
- Provide Identity Document.
- Perform a liveness check.
- Answer a few simple questions.

Q. Which identity documents are accepted for KYC?
We accept all valid government-issued IDs. Some examples include passports, driver’s licenses, and national ID cards.
Q. I’ve finished registering and completing my KYC. What’s next?
Congratulations! We’re almost there. You’ll receive a prompt to download the MobilumPay app from the app store. We’ve got both Android and iOS versions.
Once downloaded, launch the app, click on the bell icon in the top right corner, and select the “reset password” option. Since you’re already registered with us, all you need to do is reset your password and you’re ready to get started.

Q: Is Mobilum Pay Card secure?
Mobilum is partnered with Mastercard and is trusted by many crypto companies such as CoreDao and Planet Refi.
Q: What can I do with my Mobilum Pay Card?
Mobilum Pay Card allows you to spend on your crypto balance while building a credit score. You can also top up crypto to your Mobilum Pay Card and spend them like fiat currencies.
Q: How do I top up my funds?
There are two main ways to top up your funds.
You can top up via the traditional method where you are required to add a debit or credit card, you can refer to our step-by-step guide for more details.
You can also deposit your stable coins and cryptocurrencies directly to your Mobilum Pay Card balance via the crypto deposit method.
Q: Are there any fees associated with Mobilum pay?
Mobilum provides free same-currency transfers for Mobilum users.
Q: Can I connect and transfer funds from any wallet?
Yes, you can deposit your stable coins and cryptocurrencies from other crypto wallet addresses to your Mobilum Pay Card balance.
Q: I have lost my card, what can I do?
Please contact support@mobilum.com for a lost card inquiry, and our customer support team will help you deactivate your card.
Q: What are the supported networks on Mobilum?
Mobilum supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether, and many more.
Q: How do I disconnect my payment card?
You can just delete the card from your Apple or Google wallet. If you want to close your account please message support@mobilum.com with your request.
Q: Where are my funds stored?
Users’ funds are stored in a tier-1 EU bank account operated by a Mastercard Principal Member.
Q: How do I withdraw my funds?
You can spend your funds using the card or withdraw in any ATM allowing touchless transactions. Soon, you will be able to apply for a physical card as well.
