Claiming Your $MOCA Airdrop: Moca NFT

TL;DR for Moca NFT Holders

1. $MOCA allocation for Moca NFTs (10% of total $MOCA supply) is divided into 3 tranches:

• ⅓ unlocked from TGE
• ⅓ weekly vested for 52 weeks after 3 months
• ⅓ reserved exclusively for Moca NFT for future incentives

2. Moca NFT holders will be able to check their first 2 tranches of $MOCA allocation at TGE on $MOCA checker site

3. Loyalty will be measured and accrued to the Moca NFT-holding wallet, and loyal users might receive more rewards, including but not limited to the 3rd tranche of the NFT airdrop

4. For the first tranche unlocked at TGE, Moca NFT holders will be able to choose between 2 claim options — Claim Now or Claim Extra, with the Claim Extra option offering a bonus amount of $MOCA coins, with majority of the allocation to be claimed later. However, holders who pick the Claim Extra option will also be able to claim part of the allocation before listing. More details to follow in the next section.

5. $MOCA will be claimed to your Moca NFT-holding wallet. If you sell your Moca NFT, any unclaimed / to-be unlocked tokens will follow your NFT to the new owner

6. Moca NFT holders will have 30 days to claim their $MOCA allocation

7. Staking will commence on Day 0 at TGE for $MOCA holders to earn Staking Power. Booster to Staking Power will apply if holders stake in the first 14 days. Unstaking within the 14-day period will lose the Staking Power Boost altogether

8. There is no snapshot as you must hold your Moca NFT at the time of all claims (including 2nd tranche airdrop). However, there was a snapshot taken to determine your XP Bonus Allocation

Claim Now / Claim Extra Mechanics:

We designed the $MOCA airdrop claim mechanics with the goal to recognize and reward those who are active and loyal based on their choices, engagement, and reputation within our ecosystem. Below are the 2 claim options:

1. “Claim Now” — NFT holders can claim 100% of their eligible $MOCA at TGE

• They receive more $MOCA at TGE but will forfeit the bonus amount, which will go into the $MOCA Bonus Reward Pool from which those NFT holders who chose Claim Extra can win with their Golden Tickets

2. “Claim Extra” — NFT holders will receive 40% bonus $MOCA allocation on top of their original allocation:

• They can claim 35% of the total allocation at TGE
• The remaining 65% will be available for claim 3-month after TGE. The 65% allo is still eligible to earn Staking Power during the 3-month cliff period. More information will be provided on Staking Power
• Receive Golden Ticket and have a chance to win from the dynamic $MOCA Bonus Reward Pool. 1 NFT = 1 Golden Ticket

Anyone who does not register a claim decision by July 11, 4AM UTC will default to the Claim Now Option. You can change your claim decision freely until then.

After confirming the final amount, we’ll use up to a certain % of the $MOCA Bonus Reward Pool to purchase and expand the Moca NFT Treasury for future campaigns and reward distribution.

Scenario

For example, if you have 1,000 $MOCA available to claim for the first tranche of airdrop. By selecting the Claim Extra option, you will receive 1,400 $MOCA total (1.4x).

• All NFT holders are required to sign manually for each NFT independently to prove ownership over each NFT at the time of claim, ensuring the claim process is fair and secure for all holders.
• The objective of claiming independently is to allow holders to have the option for each NFT, save gas, and ensure ownership at the point of claim
• It could be time consuming to claim a large quantity of NFTs. We are offering a white-glove claim service for those who hold 8 or more Moca NFTs. More details will be provided in Discord
• We are also tracking product data to evaluate for future enhancements to continuously improve the claim experience with security as top priority.
