Time is a choice

One of the most important lessons I have learnt so far is this- How you fill your time is your choice.

What you do with your time is not a question of whether you have time but a question of priority.

You’re 5 mins early for a meeting: Browse Instagram or Meditate? The choice is yours.

Skip it once but never skip it twice

It’s OK to say no.

Both in social and professional situations, saying yes always can affect our output negatively.

If there is a lack of time and/or interest, say no. Give an explanation and hope that it will be understood.
