Dear Investors,

This is the Investor Relations Officer of MovieBloc. In 2022, MovieBloc entered into an agreement with the specialized custody service provider, Cardo, to safeguard assets against hacking and theft, and to ensure transparency and security for our investors.

However, due to the recent merger between Korea Digital Asset Custody Co., Ltd. (KDAC) and Cardo Co., Ltd., Cardo’s custody services are scheduled to be terminated on July 2, 2024.

As a result, MovieBloc would like to inform you that all assets entrusted to Cardo have been transferred to the foundation wallet as of June 12th.
