Movr Partners with Hop Protocol!
We’re delighted to announce Hop is now integrated in FundMovr! Users will now be able to seamlessly move funds between Optimism, Ethereum, xDAI, Polygon, Arbitrum and other chains via routes that include Hop!
Hop Protocol: Quick & Trustless Cross-Chain Token Transfers
Hop allows users to quickly and easily transfer tokens directly between layer-2s, sidechains, and layer-1 Ethereum. The Hop protocol provides a scalable token bridge for Ethereum’s layer-2 ecosystem using a two-pronged approach:
- Create a special intermediary asset called an hToken (e.g., hETH, hDAI, etc.) that can be quickly and economically moved from one network to the next.
- Use Automated Market Makers (AMMs) to swap between the hTokens and their corresponding assets on each layer-2 network.
The end result allows users to seamlessly transfer tokens from one network to the next.
FundMovr: Seamless Cross-Chain Bridging
We introduced FundMovr, our first product in the Movr interoperability stack for a multi-chain world sometime back. In a multi-chain world, bridges become ‘roads’ or ‘routes’ between chains. Chad has DAI on Arbitrum, he wants ETH on Polygon to ape into a farm. There are multiple routes he can take, but finding the best one is hard!
FundMovr is the Google Maps for the multi-chain world! It finds all available routes to move & swap b/w chains & sorts them by:
- Maximum output on the destination chain
- Minimum GAS fee for swap and transfer
- Lowest Bridging Time
Select-Click-Bridge, that’s it!
