This blog will contain the ramblings of a 30-something, Catholic, single guy trying to find my place in this crazy, mixed-up world we have. The title is an homage to both the opening track to Weezer’s self-titled debut album and my favorite reluctant prophet, Jonah. As time goes on, I’ll be able to tie in how the story of Jonah has influenced my journey of faith, and hopefully do so in a way that evokes humor, thoughtfulness, and keeping an eye toward the current events of the day. I live on the east coast where I am an attorney working in state government. I love live music, playing guitar and singing, reading, traveling, and the New York Mets. My weekend pastimes usually involve 3 of my best friends, who will likely make appearances in my posts from time to time. I’m single and looking.
