Your ego controls your life and judges things the way you do.
It can become the boss of your life and rule you. It controls your thinking patterns and drives you to act, and you're most likely to regret whatever you do when you act out on your ego. But once you can hold yourself back from acting out on impulse, your ego has started to dissolve.
