How do ETH wallet users operate?
If your ERC-20 NBAI Tokens are stored in the ETH wallet, to ensure asset security during the swap process. Please create a brand new ETH wallet, transfer the NBAI tokens you wish to swap and some eth (recommended less than 0.005 for gas costs) to your new ETH wallet.
If you don’t have one already, make sure you have an NBAI wallet. You will receive your new NBAI mainnet coins to your NBAI wallet.

How does the swap process operate for exchange users?
If your ERC-20 NBAI Tokens are stored in an exchange platform that supports NBAI swapping, then you will not need to do anything. The exchange platform will automatically complete the swap for you.
COINBENE
CoinBene supports the NBAI swap. Currently, deposits and withdrawals for NBAI tokens was suspended on November 29, 2018 at 11:30 (GMT+8), and the switch to main network tokens is in progress on CoinBene.
The swap is expected to be completed in one week.

Users on other trading platforms such as Top.one, Idex, and DDEX, will have to do the swap manually on our swap website.
GATE.IO
For users on Gate.io with NBAI tokens please transfer your tokens to an ETH wallet as soon as possible. Users will have to perform the swap process manually via our swap website.
Gate.io users have until January 10, 2019 to transfer their tokens to an eth wallet.
