What to Know Before Swapping NBAI tokens

The Nebula AI starts the main network token swap on November 15. We want to inform the community of the process and precautions to know related to the swapping.

Tokens in an Exchange

If your ERC-20 token is stored in an exchange platform that supports NBAI swapping, you do not have to perform any action. The platform will automatically complete the swap for you.

The following exchanges will do the swapping process for you:

・CoinBene
・TopOne

For users on IDEX and DDEX, you will have to move your NBAI tokens to another wallet and do the swap manually.

For users on other exchange platforms, please follow the official announcement where your tokens is stored, and confirm if NBAI main network token swapping is supported.

ETH wallet users

If your ERC-20 token is stored in an ETH wallet, please use our Token swap website to do the swap manually. Follow the instructions we provide and the steps on the website.

NOTE
・If you have not received the network NBAI tokens after the 3-business days after the transfer was completed, please contact our staff at contact@nbai.io.

・Once you’ve created your NBAI wallet address, make sure to save private key in a safe place.

・The swapping period will be 6 months, ending in May 2019. Please perform swap before May 2019. If you have not swapped your tokens during the allotted time, you can apply for manual processing. However, you may need to pay the service fee to swap.
