You are the only one I ever called a home
A poem
I could have a house
A roof over my dome
But you are the only one
I ever called a home
I tasted everything
In the world and still I feel
That you are the only one
I would ever call a meal
I noticed all the beauty
I think I’ve seen enough
When you were the only one
I ever called a love
This body is just a body
Where this soul is sitting tight
But it flies when you were the only one
I ever called my Life
You are me and I am you
I hope that it might help
Knowing you are the only one
I ever called my Self
I only called to talk to you
No human will I bother
Know you are the only one
I’d never call another
I left my place not to return
And find you while I roam
Because you are the only one
I ever called my home
