NEETCOIN 新体制、2か月経過

2か月程前、運営の新体制として、よりパブリックにする等を目的とした、運営による集中管理から離れた、自主参加型の新体制へ変更しておりました。
この新体制には反対意見もありましたが、10名程の方の類似意見を受け、まずは試してみたいという考えのもと実施しました。結論からいえば、成果は芳しく無く、期待どおりではありません。
今回はその経緯、報告、そして今後について触れたく思います。
経緯とその結果
経緯は前述にもありますとおり、10名程の意見を受けた結果になります。何名かの方は1時間以上の時間を割いて、強く語られるなど、その理想を思い描くなど感化されるには十分なものでした。
誰か一人の意見ではなく、大勢の意見を混ぜて採用することになったのは、その熱意などに応える為、多くを叶えようとした結果です。
新体制に伴い、失った人も物も多くありますが、新しい風を呼び込み、新しい人と物により、大きく改善されることを願い、実施致しました。上手くいけば、それこそがコミュニティコインの本質だと思ったのもあります。
しかし、10名程の意見を語った方の誰もが参加せず現在に至ります。理由は分かりませんが、まさに狐につままれたようなことであり、理解も許容も出来ない事態になっております。
このことから、有言実行の重要性を強く認識した次第です。
結果ですが、この10名程とは異なり、NEETCOINのことに興味のある数名の方に参加いただけ、現在に至ります。このような事態の中、参加いただけた方には、感謝の思いでおります。
成果など
NEETCOINにおいて、運営の力を弱め、自主的な作用を望むのは難しいなどということが分かったことは成果の一つです。
また、同時に実施したDiscordのチャンネル整理は、そこまで悪い結果とはなっていないように見えます。細かく目的別にチャンネルを増やすというのは、思いのほかあまりよくない状況だったと言えます。
しかし、試しとはいえ、良くない事態を招いた責任は主導した私ことNanna自身にあると思います。これについて、微力ながらも責任を負いたく思いますが、詳細は今後発表される内容まで控えたく思います。
今後
新体制は中止し、成果のあるものは残しつつ、旧来の運営体制へ戻していきます。つまり、運営としての主導を行っていきます。
Discordの新体制役職は残します。これは今後の体制でも問題なく機能できると思います。そして、運営としての枠を作り、その上で、参加者の枠も設けます。

NEETCOIN got new organization/regime and it passed 2 month.
About two months ago, a new system of operation and management changed from a centralized to a new one based on voluntary participation, aiming at making it more public. This schema was a proposal from volunteers of 10 or more people. They had enthusiasm. So, we tried this new model in Test.
The conclusion is that the result is not good, it is not as expected.
So I would like to touch on its background, reporting and future.
Background and results:
As before text already, The proposers had enthusiasm. Some gave a heated discussion with me 1 hour or more. That opinion was similar, but we mixed up that, and everything in come true.
As a result, Along with the new regime, there are many people who have lost, as well as many people, but we invited a new breeze and hoped for great improvement by new people and things, so we implemented it. Successfully, I thought that was the essence of community coins.
However, nobody who talked about 10 opinions got to the present without participation. I do not know the reason, but it is just like being pinched by a fox and I cannot understand or accept it.
Based on this, we strongly acknowledged the importance of national execution.
As a result, not about that 10 people, we got participate in a few another people who are interested in NEETCOIN Project. I am grateful to those who could participate in such circumstances.
Results etc:
At NEETCOIN, it is one of the achievements that we found that it is difficult to weaken the management power and want voluntary action in the public.
Also, it seems that the channel arrangement of Discord which was done at the same time is not so bad. At old regime, It can be said that increasing the number of channels for each purpose finely was a situation that was so bad. In other word, we overdid created a lot of channel.
However, although I tried, I’d like to take responsibility even though it is very small. — I, that is ”なななん/7n”.
I will not tells now but I will announce it in the near future.
In this after:
From now on we will stop the new regime and leave those with good results and return to the old management system. In other words, we will lead the way as an operation. I will leave the new structure position of Discord. I think that this can function without problems even in the future system. Then, we will create a framework as an administrative operation, and then set up a framework for participants. For details, we plan to talk and adjust within the operation.
