Please find below a tentative breakdown of our Nemesis Downfall token $NMSIS sales:
Private sales :
- Strategic sales 1 & 2: COMPLETED in January 2022.
Strategic sales aim at letting people and partners willing to be involved directly in the project invest in a first round. - Seed sales 1 & 2: Sale 1 completed in January 2022, Seed 2 ongoing until March 2022.
Seed sales aim at raising the main funds of the project with important backers and trustworthy VCs.
Public Pre-sales:
- Launchpad(s): early to mid April
We are currently busy securing launchpad sales on both Polygon and Ethereum launchpads, with a tentative for launchpad sale on Polygon early April (tokens locked until May 10th) and Ethereum launchpad sale mid-April with sale end synchronized on IDO day.
We are in discussions with renown Launchpads to have a fair, secured and organized sale.
Airdrop:
- Doge2 holders airdrop: on May 10th
We will issue a 1:1 ratio airdrop to all Doge2 holders who claimed during our airdrop event in March, as part of our ecosystem support. Please follow this guide article to check eligibility and claiming process.
Listings:
- Initial DEX Offering (IDO): Mid April
We will supply locked liquidities to at least 1 DEX on Ethereum and 1 DEX on Polygon (most likely Uniswap for both). This will however not be our main token launch. - Initial Exchange Offering (IEO): Main token launch, Early May
We will provide the main trading liquidities to a CEX so that people can trade the $NMSIS token more conveniently.
We hope this clarifies the sequence of events we plan for the launch of $NMSIS. We will publish more details on each of these sales in due time to inform you of all the modalities.
About Nemesis Downfall
Nemesis downfall is the first ever Battle Royale / MMORPG Play-to-earn game developed as a game with crypto serving it and not the other way around. In a dystopian future, players will be able to fight each other in a BR style game, which will then be embedded in a persistent world MMORPG-like game with a whole in-game economy based on its $NMSIS token and lootable NFTS.
