Smart Contract — Deployed and Activated

Contributions open on Ethereum Mainnet block 3'942'670 — Wednesday June 28, ~1PM UTC

We are pleased to announce that the Nimiq Contribution Smart Contract is deployed and activated on the Ethereum mainnet.

The contributions will open at the time that mining commences on Ethereum block 3'942'670. You can check what the latest block is on Etherscan. Based on current Ethereum block mining times, we estimate that Ethereum block 3'942'670 will be mined on or about 1:00PM UTC on Wednesday June 28, 2017.

The contributions can continue until the time that 60'000 ETH have been received, 10'500'000 NET created, or mining commences on Ethereum block 4'081'130, whichever is earlier. For the avoidance of doubt, these estimates are provided for informational purposes only, and the contribution period will commence and conclude strictly according to the block based definition above.

• The creation rate is 175 NET for 1 ETH the first two weeks and 125 NET for 1 ETH the second two weeks.
• Send ETH ONLY to the Nimiq Contribution Address shared on https://nimiq.com (please agree to be bound to these Terms to view the address).
• We recommend sending at least 300'000 Gas with your transaction.
• Transaction Data Field must read: 0xb4427263
