Members of the GSB Community —
It is with pride that we share the Fall 2016 issue of nondisclosure, in which you’ll learn:
- How to survive an internship in which your boss (and only co-worker) leaves to take another job (from Lauren Dachille) — plus other roundups of MBA summers from Stephen Lewis, Charlie Olsen, Sophie Bu, Matt Mullenax, Jeff Lachman, Val Rivera, Ines Gramegna, Maddie Hawes, Fabian Schvartzman, Stuart Cornuelle, and yours truly
- Why diamonds are not forever (from Konstantine Buhler)
- The meaning of morning routines (from Nadine Lehner)
- How “slacktivism” might be killing activism (from Charles Zhu)
- And what it means to lose track of the “bit players” of our lives (from Eli Bildner)
Many of our classmates have devoted time and effort to contribute pieces for this publication. In order to ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy their hard work and well-crafted stories, we’d love your help with the following:
- Please sign up for Medium.com! It’s a community of readers and writers offering unique perspectives on ideas large and small. There is some amazing content out there, some of it written by our peers. If you can, sign up for Medium with your Facebook account, which helps optimize shares.
- Follow nondisclosure, the for-GSB by-GSB channel.
- If you like a piece shared by one your classmates, share it! We think there are folks outside the GSBubble who would be interested to read the things that our classmates have written.
- Please continue to write to us with story ideas, whether that be things you’d like to see written about, or notions that you have about future contributions to the publication. We love hearing from you and are trying to improve with each issue.
If you have any questions or suggestions for the publication — or if you’re interested in contributing—drop us a line (lehman@stanford.edu; ebildner@stanford.edu; nlehner@stanford.edu). Without further ado, please enjoy the Fall 2016 issue of nondisclosure!
Your editors,
Eli, Nadine and Cameron
