Find the Perfect Load in Less Time With Uber Freight

Making every hour count can be tough for carriers and their drivers. Finding and booking loads that are going in the right direction, at the right time, is often time-consuming and frustrating.

This frustrating process is why we launched a suite of personalized load matching features to help deliver a better, more intuitive load matching experience to our users, including two additions that provide a more seamless experience and help our carriers and their drivers maximize their time and productivity.

Post My Truck

By matching app users to available loads that meet their specific needs, “Post My Truck” helps make sure a driver’s truck is always utilized. Via the “My Loads” tab, app users input when and where their truck(s) will be empty and whether they prefer local, short, or long-haul; the Uber Freight app then previews a list of available loads that match their criteria and sends push notifications as additional loads become available. In addition to carriers and their drivers, “Post My Truck” is also available to dispatchers via “Fleet Mode,” so any user can find what they want, when they want it, and book instantly.

Reloads

The “Reloads” feature keeps carriers and their drivers moving and earning by minimizing empty miles. With “Reloads,” when carriers and their drivers go to book a load through the app, Uber Freight will preview a list of backhauls and reloads — loads picking up near their drop off location — that they can book next.

Reloads is available to all Uber Freight app users. “Post My Truck” is available to all carriers and dispatchers using the Uber Freight app.
