We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join Offset

Offset is a new digital studio set up by MOO. We’re a small, autonomous team of six, run like a startup but with the big engine of MOO behind us. Our brief is to invent, prototype and launch digital products that share the same belief as MOO: great design matters.

We’re now looking for a senior visual designer to join the team. You’ll lead visual design for all of Offset’s output, from brand to UI, as well as contributing to interaction and product work.

We’re currently working on an iOS app for creative professionals, which initially you’ll be helping us build, launch and scale. In the future, it’s likely we’ll be working on other products and platforms, so you’ll need to be flexible and keen to learn.

We’re looking for someone:

• with demonstrable experience producing excellent visual work for web and mobile
• hands-on, with experience shipping products in teams
• who works iteratively with developers, can think in systems, and uses just enough fidelity to get the message across
• can communicate their ideas with interactive prototypes and motion, not just static mock ups. If you’ve been playing with Framer, Quartz Composer, etc. all the better
• understands that visual design is just part of communicating a product, and cares about the language and tone of voice too

This will be our first full time design hire, but we imagine this role evolving into a Head of Design position as we grow a design team with you.
