Hive, distribution software, is based on the integration of the different aspects of distribution process like:

The main goal of the platform is to enable different user types to easily execute their tasks, such as:

  • Taking orders

Possibility for customers to create the orders with the list of products and all the details related to the products: their quantity, price per unit, and total price of each item.

  • Issuing invoices & returns

Invoices are issued on the basis of orders. The information available are: customer information, invoice ID, invoice issue date, the due date of the invoice and the total price.

  • Tracking activities (record all stops and activities during the route)

The Delivery driver is able to see the list of deliveries and control his schedule, delivering the merchandise and recording all activities on his route.

  • Control and monitoring of other users activities (appointments and deliveries)

It is possible for Admin and Supervisor to manage and monitor all the users of the platform and assign roles.

  • Assigning tasks to other users

Administrator and Supervisor can add activities and monitor the performance.
