- The APY of OCT staked on Fusotao nodes reached as high as 28%.

Myria.Social celebrated the launch of Myriad.Town, a metaverse built by NEAR-based RealityChain for Myriad.Social, on September 5th, with a Music Festival Lineup featuring DJ Vandal of DAO Records and a variety of DJs and artists.

The application chain project based on the Substrate framework is the foundation of Octopus Network multi-chain construction.
Vietnam Substrate Training — Winners 3rd Mini-Hackathon
First Prize: TBH
TBH enables the creation of a Smart Contracts Low-Code App. The application allows end-users to create contracts with only logical and pre-built Oracle connectors. Contracts can be bound between 2 people, a group of people, or with their own events. The app will generate a contract file from the user settings and upload it to an underlying application chain.
Second prize: Octavius
Octavius allows building a chain where all user assets are native assets. No smart contracts are needed to implement FT or NFT. Users can easily create their own tokens. In addition, all native assets can be updated with utilities without a smart contract approach.
Third Prize: Team 4 UTXO
Team 4 UTXO can build a bridge between UTXO chains (e.g. bitcoin cash, ecash) and Substrate application chains.
Fourth Prize: BEAT
BEAT creates a space where individuals can gather and participate in daily activities to encourage everyone to exercise.
